GROW YOUR NETWORK
Recruit other partners. Earn from their deals.
You can recruit other referral partners. When they close a deal, you earn an additional bonus on top of their commission — paid by HUBi, not deducted from theirs.
How it works
1Your recruit refers a client and earns their full commission (e.g. 8%)
2You earn an additional recruiter bonus (3–6% depending on your tier)
3The bonus is paid by HUBi — your recruit always gets 100% of their share
4Maximum 2 levels — you and your recruits. No level 3. Ever.
5Recruiter link lasts 12 months, renewable
Example: You (Builder, 10%) recruit María (Starter, 8%). María refers a $8,000 project. María earns $640. You earn an additional $320 (4%). Total HUBi cost: 12%.

THE RULES
Transparent from day one
Commission on collected
You earn when the client pays — not when the contract is signed.
90-day attribution
The lead must close within 90 days of your referral.
Retainer has a cap
Monthly commission runs for 6–12 months depending on tier, then renegotiable.
Max cost per deal: 21%
Partner tier (15%) + max recruiter bonus (6%). HUBi's commitment is clear.
Tier reviewed every 6 months
Based on trailing 12-month volume. If volume drops, tier adjusts.
No exclusivity
You can work with other companies. We earn your loyalty with results.
